Népal

Camps d'accueil des  nouveaux réfugiés tibétains de Dharamsala et de Katmandou.

Il existe 3 camps de réfugiés :

- 1 en Inde à Dehli

- 1 à Dharamsala

- 1 à KTM.

Les réfugiés arrivent dans le plus complet dénuement physique et psychologique.

On compte environ 2800 entrées/an et ce chiffre ne diminue pas depuis la création du Centre par l’Union Européenne en 1998.

Auparavant, une maison était louée au Népal pour accueillir les réfugiés.

Le Dalaï-Lama reçoit et entend tous les tibétains en exil. Après cet entretien, ils sont redirigés vers les centres tibétains.

Les camps sont financés par des organismes officiels à raison de 70% . 30% restent à la charge des Tibétains et surtout de leurs sponsors .

Provence Himalaya a donc décidé d’octroyer un don au Centre de Dharamsala qui est chargé de répartir selon les urgences dans les autres camps.

A noter que les besoins sont grands en antibiotiques, gants de soin, bandages.

There are 3 refugee camps:

The refugees arrive in the most complete physical and psychological destitution.   

One counts approximately 2800 entrées/year and this figure does not decrease since the creation of the Center by the European Union in 1998.   

Previously, a house was rented in Nepal to accomodate the refugees.

The Dalai Lama receives and hears all the tibétains in exile. After this maintenance, they are redirected towards the centers tibétains.

The camps are financed by official organizations at a rate of 70%. 30% remain with the load of Tibétains and especially of their sponsors.

Provence Himalaya decided to grant a gift the Center of Dharamsala which is charged to distribute according to urgencies' in the other camps.   

It should be noted that the needs are large out of antibiotics, gloves of care, bindings.
