Our association is a "feature of union" which enables you to intervene in a reliable way in favour of the people of the Himalayas. Our priority steps:   

* the humane intervention   

* the safeguarding of the culture and the environment   

* engagement for free Tibet   

The Himalayas…

The name inevitably evokes this mountainous chain which marks the border between the ground and the infinite one.   

All that saw or is located here is on the scale of the places.

But the area of the Roof of the World is not that a destination for mountaineers or trekkeurs, it is for us above all, a splendid crossroads of populations, cultures, religions.

More and more, the Himalayas are in danger.   

With the roughness of the climate and its consequences, many other problems are added:   

- a standard of living always very low   

- the development of the modernism in secular ways of life   

- an exodus of the campaigns towards the cities   

- a schooling on the spot of increasingly difficult dwelling   

- the access to the manifestly insufficient care   

- the safeguarding of the cultural inheritances threatened   

- the non-observance of the environment   

- and naturally of serious attacks to freedoms with in very first place Tibet always oppressed, deprived of freedom and threatened of ethnique dissolution.   

Of course, of many actions were realized but it remains so much to make.

Then, let us not hesitate, and devote to these people a little our time and our means through organized campaigns and actions.   

Now bus should be acted later, it will be perhaps too late.   

The inhabitants of these areas say that the Himalayas are the kingdom of the Gods and that those dance there since the world is world.   

Let us make so that that can continue.
